Q. How do I create a support ticket?

A. A. To create a support ticket you'll need to click on the support icon in the top right corner of your screen (pictured below) > Go to 'Create New Ticket' > Enter the details of your question and/or the order information and our team will get back to you as soon as possible!

You can also check the status of your support tickets here;

Q. Can I edit an order without creating a support ticket?

A.  Yes, absolutely! Go to 'Shipping' > 'Orders' tab > Search the order that needs editing > Click on the order details icon;*

Once you're in the order details you have access to edit the shipping details -

Edit shipping details here;

You can also edit product details under 'Products In Cart' -

These icons will allow you to edit current line items (pencil) or delete a line item all together (minus);

This icon allows you to add new line items;

Once you are done editing shipping information and line items be sure to click 'Save Updates' at the bottom!
