Creating an ASN

Creating an Advanced Shipping Notification is a vital step that will need to be done anytime you are sending new inventory to our warehouse. ASNs are used to confirm that we received the correct product / product quantity and will ensure your inventory is added into our system in a timely manner.

To create an ASN go to the ‘Inventory’ tab > ‘Advanced Shipping Notifications’ > ‘Create New ASN’ > Add in the details of the incoming shipment and the product(s) / product quantity expected. Be sure to click ‘Create this ASN’ at the bottom right side of the screen.

Once an ASN is created you will see two icons under ‘Options’;

Click on the tag icon to download the PDF of your skid tag, this will need to go on each skid or box of the incoming shipment.

The book icon will allow you to see the details of your incoming shipment, including receipt confirmation. You can also see all receipts under ‘Inventory’ > ‘All Receipts’, these will reflect against the ASNs.
